AN ACT RELATIVE TO INJURED WORKERS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 34 of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “sixty percent” in line 3, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- two-thirds

SECTION 2.  Section 34 of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by adding, after the words “compensation rate,” in line 5, the following new language:- nor less than the minimum weekly compensation rate,

SECTION 3.  Section 34 of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking the words “one hundred fifty-six”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- two hundred and eight
