AN ACT restoring fairness in the unemployment  insurance law for workers in temporary jobs

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 8 of chapter 142 of the acts of 2003 is hereby repealed.
