AN ACT RELATIVE TO DISABILITY OR DEATH CAUSED BY CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF CANCER

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, section 94B of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 5 after the word “department” the following new words:- or a member of the State Police assigned to the fire investigation unit of the Department of Fire Services.

SECTION 2.  Section 94B of chapter 32 is further amended by inserting in line 28 after the word “fire” the new words:- or their investigation at the scene.
