AN ACT CLARIFYING THE DUTIES OF THE ADJUTANT GENERAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Chapter 6A, Section 18 is amended by deleting the words “ military department” after the words “Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency”

Chapter 6A, Section 181/2, paragraph 2 is amended by deleting the words “military department” following the words “Civil Defense”
