Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official edition, is amended in line 133 after the words “United States” by inserting the following:- “, and said years of credit shall be used to add to the member’s years of employment service when determining vacation benefits and accruals, and when determining a member’s seniority in his or her current employment.”
