Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding any general laws or special laws to the contrary, for the purposes of section 7 of chapter 4 of the general laws, as amended by chapter 116 of the Acts of 2004, Michael L. Buckley of 211 Stimson Street, West Roxbury shall be recognized as a veteran.
