In the Year Two Thousand and Five.

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE BUDGET

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 7P.  The General Court shall approve no later than March first a general appropriations act for the fiscal commencing the following  July first.
