Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 21C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 7 the following section:-
Section 7A. (a) This section shall be known as the “Waste Oil Uniformity Act”. (b) Liquids or solids containing waste oil shall not be considered hazardous waste by the department, and shall not be subject to regulation under this chapter. (c) No tax shall be imposed by the department on the transportation of said waste product.
