AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR DAWN HEINLE-KIMBALL, AN EMPLOYEE OF THE TRIAL COURT

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the trial court of the commonwealth, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

SECTION 1.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the trial court shall establish a sick leave bank for Dawn Heinle Kimball, an employee of the Ayer trial court.  Any employee of said trial court may voluntarily contribute one or more of his/her sick, personal or vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said Dawn Heinle-Kimball.

Section 2. Upon such time Dawn Heinle-Kimball requests to dissolve said sick leave bank, the balance of sick leave shall be transferred to the Trial Court Paid Leave Bank.
