Met at five minutes past eleven o’clock A.M. (Mr. Hart in the Chair).
The Chair (Mr. Hart), members, guests and employees then recited the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
The following resolutions (having been filed with the Clerk) were severally considered forthwith and adopted, as follows:—
Resolutions (filed by Messrs. Knapik and Rosenberg) “congratulating Alan F. Cathro, Grand Marshal of the fifty-sixth Saint Patrick’s Parade in Holyoke”;
Resolutions (filed by Mr. McGee) “commending James R. Carney on his retirement”;
Resolutions (filed by Messrs. Moore and Augustus) “congratulating the Nipmuc Regional High School ‘Warriors’ Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team”;
Resolutions (filed by Mr. O’Leary) “recognizing Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod”;
Resolutions (filed by Ms. Resor) “recognizing January as Stalking Awareness Month”; and
Resolutions (filed by Ms. Walsh) “congratulating Barry L. Tremblay, Jr. on the occasion of his Court of Honor.”
On motion of Mr. Moore,—
Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns today, it adjourn to meet again on Thursday next at eleven o’clock A.M.
On motion of Mr. Hedlund, at seven minutes past eleven o’clock A.M., the Senate adjourned to meet on the following Thursday at eleven o’clock A.M.
