A report of the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees (under the provisions of Section 3 of Chapter 75 of the General Laws) relative to rules and regulations adopted by the Trustees of the University of Massachusetts in 2007 (copies having been forwarded as required by law) (received Friday, December 21, 2007),— was placed on file.
