Met according to adjournment at ten o’clock A.M. (Mr. Tolman in the Chair).
The Chair (Mr. Tolman), members, guests and employees then recited the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
At one minute past ten o’clock A.M., Mr. Richard T. Moore doubted the presence of a quorum. The Chair (Mr. Tolman), having determined that a quorum was not in attendance, then directed the Sergeant-at-Arms to secure the presence of a quorum.
Subsequently at twenty-eight minutes past ten o’clock A.M., the Chair (Mr. Tolman) unable to obtain the presence of a quorum, adjourned under Senate Rule 64, until Monday next at one o’clock P.M., in a full formal session.
