Dear Mr. Clerk:
Pursuant to Senate Rule 5A, because of the state of emergency resulting from the blizzard, I hereby cancel today’s Senate session. The Senate will instead meet without a calendar tomorrow, Tuesday, December 28, 2010. I understand that you will notify all members accordingly.

Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns today, it adjourn to meet again tomorrow at eleven o’clock A.M., and that the Clerk be directed to dispense with the printing of a calendar.
