CHAPTER 10. DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE TREASURER

Chapter 10: Section 3. Treasurer’s bond; deposit with state secretary; actions thereon

Section 3. The bond shall be deposited in the office of the state secretary; and upon the order of the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, or upon the order of the general court, the attorney general or any other person by them authorized therefor shall commence an action thereon and prosecute it to final judgment, execution and satisfaction.
