Chapter 112: Section 87DDD. Exemption from provisions

Section 87DDD. The provisions of sections sixty-one to sixty-five, inclusive, shall not apply to the board, to the registration or licensing of real estate brokers or salesmen, or to any real estate broker or salesman or to any person acting as such.
