INSPECTION OF BOILERS

Chapter 146: Section 25. Insurer’s certificate of inspection

Section 25. Insurance companies shall, after each internal and external inspection, if the boiler and its appurtenances conform to the rules of the board, and if they deem the boiler to be in safe working condition otherwise, issue a certificate of inspection stating the maximum pressure at which the boiler may be operated as ascertained by the rules of the board.
