INSPECTION OF BOILERS
Chapter 146: Section 29. Notification of defects
Section 29. The owner or user of any boiler required by this chapter to be inspected shall immediately notify the division or the insurance company, if the boiler is insured, if a defect affecting the safety of the boiler is discovered.
