INSPECTION OF BOILERS
Chapter 146: Section 5. Enforcement of statutes and rules; entry of premises in pursuance of duties
Section 5. The division shall enforce this chapter and the rules of the board except when otherwise provided. All inspectors of the division may enter any premises in the pursuance of their duty.
