Section 10. The department of public utilities, in this chapter called the department, shall enforce this chapter.
Chapter 159: Section 10. Enforcement of chapter by department of telecommunications and cable and department of public utilities

Section 10. The department of telecommunications and cable shall enforce this chapter to the extent that it relates to telecommunications. The department of public utilities shall enforce all other provisions.
