Chapter 171: Section 43. Withdrawal of shares or deposits; notice
Section 43. A credit union may require from a shareholder or depositor ninety days’ notice of his intention to withdraw any or all of his shares and sixty days’ notice of his intention to withdraw any or all of his deposits.
