Chapter 185: Section 32. Amendments

Section 32. Amendments to the complaint, including joinder, substitution, or discontinuance as to parties, shall be allowed by the court at any time upon just and reasonable terms; but all amendments shall be in writing, signed and sworn to, like the original.
