Chapter 195: Section 14. Intermeddling with personal property of deceased; executor in his own wrong

  Section 14. Whoever injuriously intermeddles with any personal property of a deceased person, without being thereto authorized by law, shall be liable as an executor in his own wrong to the persons aggrieved.
