CHAPTER 197. PAYMENT OF DEBTS, LEGACIES AND DISTRIBUTIVE SHARES

Chapter 197: Section 15. Unliquidated claims; actions

  Section 15. The action referred to in the preceding section shall be brought against the executor or administrator, if he has been required to retain assets therefor; otherwise, upon the bond given under section thirteen.
