CHAPTER 197. PAYMENT OF DEBTS, LEGACIES AND DISTRIBUTIVE SHARES

Chapter 197: Section 7. Debts due executors or administrators; settlement by court

  Section 7. If the parties do not agree upon the arbitrators, or if the award is not confirmed by the probate court, the court shall decide upon the claim.
