CHAPTER 20. DEPARTMENT OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE

Chapter 20: Section 2. Compensation of commissioner

Section 2. The position of commissioner shall be classified in accordance with section forty-five of chapter thirty and the salary shall be determined in accordance with section forty-six C of said chapter thirty, and the commissioner shall receive traveling expenses incurred in his official duties, and shall devote his full time during business hours to the duties of his office.
