CHAPTER 200. SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES OF ABSENTEES
Chapter 200: Section 6. Possession of property by receiver
Section 6. After the approval of such bond the receiver shall take possession of the property of the absentee within the jurisdiction of the commonwealth so far as is known, and he shall file in the registry of probate a schedule of the property received by him.
