GUARDIANS AND CONSERVATORS OF NON-RESIDENTS
Chapter 201: Section 28. Powers and duties
Section 28. Such guardian or conservator shall have the same powers and duties relative to any estate of the ward found within the commonwealth, and also in the case of a guardian, relative to the person of the ward if he comes to reside therein, as other guardians or conservators appointed under this chapter.
