Section 29. Such guardian or conservator shall give the same bond as is required of other guardians and conservators appointed under this chapter, except that the conditions relative to inventory, disposal of the estate and effects, and the account to be rendered by him shall be confined to such estate and effects as come to his hands in this commonwealth.
