Chapter 201: Section 6B. Persons unable to make or communicate informed decisions; appointment of guardians
Section 6B. The court may appoint a guardian for a person who is unable to make or communicate informed decisions due to physical incapacity or illness in a like manner, subject to the same limitations, and filed by such persons who may file a petition under section six.
