Section 11. The venires shall be delivered to the sheriff of the county to be transmitted by him to a deputy sheriff of the county, or to a constable in each of the cities and towns to which they are respectively issued, who shall forthwith serve them in cities on the board authorized to draw jurors and in towns on the selectmen and town clerk.
