CHAPTER 268. CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC JUSTICE
Chapter 268: Section 3. Attempt to procure another to commit perjury
Section 3. Whoever attempts to incite or procure another person to commit perjury, although no perjury is committed, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than five years or in jail for not more than one year.
