CHAPTER 28A. OFFICE OF CHILD CARE SERVICES

Chapter 28A: Section 16. Violations of Sec. 11 or 14; enforcement; jurisdiction

  Section 16. Upon petition of the office, the superior court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any violation of the provisions of sections eleven or fourteen of this chapter or to take such other action as equity and justice may require.
