Chapter 33: Section 80. Jurisdiction; presumption

Section 80. The jurisdiction of courts convened under the provisions of this chapter shall be presumed and the burden of proof shall rest on any person seeking to oust or contest the jurisdiction of such courts in any action or proceeding.
