Chapter 41: Section 30A. Vacancies; effect on powers of remaining assessors
Section 30A. A vacancy in the office of assessor shall not divest or suspend the authority and powers of the remaining assessors, notwithstanding any provision of special law making mandatory the filling of vacancies.
