CHAPTER 46. RETURN AND REGISTRY OF BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS

Chapter 46: Section 20. Births and deaths in Tewksbury Hospital; records

Section 20. Records of birth and death previously held by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital shall be transferred to the town clerk of Tewksbury. No certified copies of these records shall be issued by the superintendent of Tewksbury Hospital.
