Chapter 6: Section 12U. Children’s Day

Section 12U. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the second Sunday in June as Children’s Day and recommending that said day be observed by the people in an appropriate manner in recognition of our children of today from whom will come the leaders of tomorrow.
