CHAPTER 90D. MOTOR VEHICLE CERTIFICATES OF TITLE

Chapter 90D: Section 34. Previously registered vehicle, defined

Section 34. A “previously registered vehicle” means a vehicle registered by the registrar when this chapter takes effect or a vehicle whose last registration before this chapter takes effect was by the registrar.
