Section 16G. The commissioner may issue a temporary certificate of registration, plainly stamped:—“Temporary”, for any dairy farm already registered under section sixteen C, pending an inspection within ninety days of the date of issue and such consequent action as may be necessary relative to the actual renewal of the certificate in question.
