Chapter 276A, Section 1. Definitions.
Chapter 276A, Section 2. Jurisdiction of court to divert persons charged with offenses to programs
of community supervision and services.
Chapter 276A, Section 3. Screening of defendants for court's determination at arraignment of
eligibility for diversion to program; continuance; directing defendant to
program.
Chapter 276A, Section 4. Inapplicability of chapter to otherwise eligible persons charged with
violation of controlled substances act, certain sex offenses or certain
crimes against persons sixty-five or over.
Chapter 276A, Section 5. Report of assessment by director of program to court; recommendations;
