RESOLVE IN FAVOR OF THE ESTATE OF MARY JANE SIMMONS.
RESOLVED, For payment from the state treasury to the estate of the late Mary Jane Simmons of Leominster the salary to which she would have been entitled had she served until the end of the term for which she was elected.
