For the administrative office of the housing court department; provided, that any division of the housing court department, as defined in section 4 of chapter 185C of the General Laws, shall hold its sittings in the facilities of the district court of central Berkshire county in the city of Pittsfield not less than once per month; and provided further, that such sittings shall be held by an associate justice of the trial court appointed to a division of the housing court department
