For the operation of the division of operational services; provided, that the commissioner of administration shall ensure that adequate resources are provided from this item for the maintenance of the government center medical unit at the same level as in fiscal year 1997

The division of operational services is hereby authorized to expend revenues collected up to a maximum of $135,000 from the sale of state surplus personal property, including the payment, expenses and liabilities for the acquisition, warehousing, allocation and distribution of surplus property; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division of operational services may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system, including the costs of personnel

The division of operational services is hereby authorized to expend revenues collected up to a maximum of $130,000, in addition to the amount authorized in item 1775-1000 of section 2B, for printing, photocopying, related graphic art or design work and other reprographic goods and services provided to the general public, including all necessary incidental expenses

Pursuant to chapter 449 of the acts of 1984 and section 4L of chapter 7 of the General Laws, the division of operational services is hereby authorized to expend revenues in an amount not to exceed $195,578 collected from the sale of federal surplus property, including the payment, expenses and liabilities for the acquisition, warehousing, allocation and distribution of federal surplus property; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division of operational services may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system, including the costs of personnel

The division of operational services is hereby authorized to expend revenues in an amount not to exceed $942,000 collected from the disposal of surplus motor vehicles including, but not limited to, state police vehicles, from vehicle accident and damage claims and from manufacturer warranties, rebates and settlements, for the purchase of motor vehicles; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division of operational services may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system, including the costs of personnel
