The state quartermaster is hereby authorized to expend revenues collected up to a maximum of $185,000 accrued from fees for the non-military rental or use of armories for the costs of utilities and maintenance; provided, that the state quartermaster may expend an amount not to exceed $55,000 for salaries, subsistence, quarters, and associated costs for national guard soldiers ordered to perform state missions pursuant to the provisions of chapter 33 of the General Laws, from revenues resulting from the acceptance of funds from any person, governmental entity or non-governmental entity to defray such expenses
