WorkSharing Program
WorkSharing is your alternative to layoffs. WorkSharing Program allows workers in an entire company, a company department, or even a small unit within the company to share reduced work hours while also collecting unemployment insurance benefits to supplement their reduced wages. -

QUEST Project Information
Through QUEST(Quality Unemployment System Transformation), both the Revenue and Benefits systems will be completely re-engineered, providing employers and claimants with a fast, interactive web-enabled way to transact business with DUA. Funded by State Bond money through the Patrick Administration, this initiative will produce benefits for both DUA customers and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
