Rapid Response Team

  • The Rapid Response program helps businesses manage change, whether they are expanding or downsizing.  Rapid Response team members meet with employers to help them explore their options and provide support.  Rapid Response specializes in assisting employers facing the following situations:

    • Employers facing a downturn in sales who are looking for alternatives to layoffs
    • Employers who need to lay off staff and are seeking to make the transition as smooth as possible for the company, affected workers, and the community as a whole
    • Employers who are growing quickly and looking to hire skilled workers from companies that are downsizing
