Workforce Training Fund Programs (WTFP)
The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.
TrainingPro
This is an online service for training providers. TrainingPro allows providers to register their courses for participants in other federal and state workforce development programs, in addition to Workforce Training Fund Express. Training providers can list their courses online and easily update their course information.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program assists employers with the cost of hiring and training a new employee.
