Grievance Arbitration
The filing fee for each Petition to Initiate Grievance Arbitration is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for public sector cases and fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for private sector cases.  The filing fee is paid in equal shares by the parties.

Grievance Mediation
The filing fee for each Petition for Grievance Mediation is three hundred dollars ($300.00).  The filing fee is paid in equal shares by the parties. 

Contract Mediation
The filing fee for each Petition of Mediation and Fact-Finding is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).  The filing fee is paid in equal shares by the parties.
