Secretary Goldstein to Meet with Job Seekers at Workforce Central Career Center in Worcester on Wednesday
The Secretary's visit comes on the heels of Worcester being ranked third for job growth in a recent Business Journal quarterly analysis of 100 metropolitan job market data. Worcester's job growth has been an impressive 4.3 percent over the past twelve months. The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development announced last week that Massachusetts added 12,700 jobs in the month of June and the unemployment rate remains well below the national average at 7.6 percent.
