Requalifying Wages

If it is determined that you  were separated from your former employment under disqualifying circumstances, you may be able to requalify for Unemployment Insurance benefits if you have returned to work for at least eight weeks and have had gross earnings equal to or greater than your weekly benefit rate during each of those eight weeks.

After these eight or more weeks of employment, your separation from your recent employment must occur under qualifying circumstances such as lack of work or other approvable circumstances.  If this is the case, you will be eligible to receive benefits from that point forward.
