You can file an appeal about employment dates or wages used in computing your benefit.

  1. Log in to your UI Online account.
  2. Click View and Maintain Account Information.
  3. Click Monetary and Issue Summary.
  4. In the Monetary Determination area, click the applicable entry in the Status column.
  5. On the Monetary Determination page, click File Appeal, and follow the prompts.
